Because our yellow watermelons are fresh, perishable products, we do not accept returns.

However, we stand behind the quality of everything we grow.

🍉 Quality Guarantee

If your watermelon is:

  • Damaged
  • Rotten
  • Or significantly below quality expectations

👉 Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will:

  • Replace your watermelon OR
  • Offer a store credit or partial refund

📸 Proof Required

To process any issue, please provide:

  • A photo of the watermelon
  • Order confirmation

⏳ Timing Matters

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours, as freshness cannot be guaranteed after that time.


🚫 No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Missed pickup
  • Improper storage after pickup
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (natural with farm-grown produce)

📍 Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the scheduled window.
